ℹ️ Information:
Marketing plan pricing assumes the client will be paying a commission on future rentals. Prices include contract development and discovery meetings for onboarding of new properties.
For all renters we bring you, Rent In Manta will conduct an inspection at the time of move-in, as well as if necessary, routine inspections throughout each tenant's long-term occupancy.
Prices are in USD. Group rates are available.
Hosting and data storage fees are $ 25 renewable annually for all Plans.
